We discuss your property, schedule, access instructions, and priorities, then agree on the scope and pricing.
We follow your approved checklist, record observations, capture photos, and secure the property after the visit.
You receive a written report. Concerns are communicated, and corrective work is coordinated with your authorization.

A visual observation of your home using a property-specific checklist, with photo documentation and a written report. Your agreement defines the areas, visit frequency, and any added services. Home watch does not replace security monitoring or a technical inspection.
We can discuss a coordinated plan for multiple homes. Each property has its own instructions, access arrangements, service scope, and visit records. Availability is confirmed based on location and scheduling.
Pricing is tailored to the size and complexity of your property, visit frequency, location, and reporting needs. Additional work is scoped and priced for approval before it begins.
We document the observation and notify you using your agreed communication plan. Any additional service or corrective work requires authorization, with qualified providers involved when needed.
